"Well then...let me tell you. Father had an operation in a famous Bucharest hospital and everything reached about 20 million lei. I cannot afford giving the doctors' names, because he must have further check-ups, but it's sure they don't even look at you in the hospitals if you do not "raise". That's how it is..."
